Shiitake mantarlarını nasıl yetiştiririz?
Our shiitake mushroom cultivation base uses flat land with a moist and ventilated environment and sufficient shade.
First, we will prepare shiitake mushroom bags in advance. Generally, corn cobs, straw, mushroom residues, etc. are used as raw materials. After special treatment, they are made into mushroom bags and kept dry to prevent mildew. The ratio of high-quality mushrooms is about 1:20.
Secondly, build shiitake mushroom sheds: use materials such as bran and wood. Equipped with professional ventilation, heating and circulating water equipment.
Third, clean up debris during the production of raw materials. Cultivation environment monitoring. Carefully handle steps such as bundling perfection and stretching.
Fourth, strictly control the environment. The optimum temperature for the growth of shiitake mushrooms is roughly 10-20℃, but it may vary for different varieties. The optimum humidity is about 70%. Ensure good ventilation conditions.
Fifth, we will remove garbage and pests and diseases in time to ensure the best quality and yield of shiitake mushrooms.
Our shiitake mushroom growth cycle is about 30-50 days, which is specifically divided into three stages: strain cultivation, mycelium growth and fruiting body growth. The main products are: 2-4cm salted mushrooms; fresh salted mushrooms; brine mushroom blocks; barreled pickled mushrooms, etc.
